Returns & Exchanges

At MUNAYA, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your selection isn't quite right, we accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the fragrance must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Products that have been opened, tested, used, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at  munayaperfumes@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the return. Items must be approved for return before being sent back.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
